All costs of Consideration other than Employee Termination Benefits (together with associated employer’s social security contributions) provided to a Reassigned Employee prior to the date on which they became a Reassigned Employee, subject to a maximum aggregate amount of US Dollars 6,000,000, adjusted (if applicable) for Indexation.

As an example we expect that the Mercedes used this exceptipon when it moved some of its high caliber engeeneers to the boat building task or projects. Redbull also used it to reassign their employees to their energy drinks company or other related companies whilst Mclaren unsed the same exception to move their employees to other sporting series.
